2006 TRES SABORES  SAUVIGNON BLANC - 750ml

Sonoma Mountain (Farina Vineyard).  A highly unusual Sauvignon from a highly unusual site:  grown on a gentle hillside at 600 ft with a northeastern view.  The aromatics are really lovely while the flavors are melt-in-your-mouth supple with a citrus zest thanks to fermentation and aging in “previously inspired” puncheons.  Following an initial offering in 2005, we were fortunate enough to source more fruit in 2006. (Sustainably grown).

2005 TRES SABORES  SAUVIGNON BLANC - 750ml

This wine, a most spirited and fruit-forward Zin, represents a collaboration between three winemakers:  Ashley Heisey, Rudy Zuidema, and Julie Johnson. Highly rated for its elegance (90 pts R Parker), it’s an up-tempo composition of twenty barrels from the home ranch Zinfandel, 35 years ‘young’. Estate, Certified Organically grown.
